All rates are subject to a 12% Florida State & Tourist Development taxes and are subject to change. E&OE.

Prices are established in US Dollars and equivalent Sterling amounts are subject to current exchange rates. GBP figures are shown for your convenience only.

Prices are inclusive of all utilities and cleaning with the exception of pool heating which will be at a rate of $25 per day.   

Stays of less than 5 nights will incur an extra cleaning charge of $100

Villas are available from 4.00p.m. on arrival and must be vacated by 11.a.m on the date of departure.  A week will be deemed to be from Saturday to the following Saturday.

PETS - Some pets are acceptable at this villa.  Please contact us with details of your pet before booking so we can make sure that the villa is suitable for their needs.

A Reservation/Security deposit of $250/£150 is required on booking.  The balance is payable four weeks before your holiday.  Your security deposit will be returned to you shortly after your stay should there be no damages.

GOLFING BREAKS

Let us know your requirements and we will tailor make a break for you at a competitive price.  We can pre-book your rounds of golf for you so that all you have to do is enjoy the time you have on the course - not booking it.  Deals can be anything from 3 days or 3 weeks - it's entirely up to you. 

JUNIOR GOLF CAMPS

In 2008 Junior Golf Camps are being held on a golf course in the Davenport/Haines City area.  Your children can have the opportunity to be taught the game by a Professional Golf Teacher and have a round or two on an award winning US golf course.  This four day course is split into two age groups and includes lunch, and other treats along the way.  Why not contact us now and have a holiday with a difference!!
